Le Lievres Returns Policy


All of the items we sell are covered by a 12 month guarantee. If your item is faulty, please bring it back to the shop along with your proof of purchase within the 12 months and we will offer you a refund or an exchange on your item.


This does not apply to perishables/food products or electrical items which differ. (See below).


Perishables/food products cannot be refunded for health and safety reasons.


Guarantees on Electrical Items
All of our electrical items are guaranteed for 1 Year.
After the year is over any problems must be taken up with the manufacturer.

If a product is returned because it is faulty a new guarantee will be reissued that continues on from the previous guarantee until the original guarantees end date.

For example:
An item was purchased in January 2012 and returned in June 2012. The guarantee issued with a new product will be June 2012 – January 2013.


All of our electrical items are intended for domestic use only. We cannot honour guarantees for electrical items that are used in a commercial environment.


Items returned with a receipt are returned in the manner paid.
Cash – Cash
Card – Card
Voucher – Voucher


Items returned without a receipt may be refunded with vouchers.

If the customer brings in their bank statement as proof of purchase, we will issue payment back onto their card.
