Our Returns Policy
We want you to be able to buy with confidence. That’s why we’re happy to offer a full refund or exchange on any purchase you’re not 100% happy with provided you return it within 28 days along with proof of purchase and in saleable condition.
Some departments within the store operate under a variation of this policy, so please check within the department before you make your purchase. Gift cards are also non-refundable.
In all cases, if the purchase was made on a store/credit/debit card, the cardholder will need to be present for the refund to be completed.
This does not apply to perishables/food products or electrical items which differ. (See below).
Perishables/food products cannot be refunded for health and safety reasons.
Guarantees on Electrical Items
All of our electrical items are guaranteed for 1 Year.
After the year is over any problems must be taken up with the manufacturer.
If a product is returned because it is faulty a new guarantee will be reissued that continues on from the previous guarantee until the original guarantees end date.
An item was purchased in January 2012 and returned in June 2012. The guarantee issued with a new product will be June 2012 – January 2013.
All of our electrical items are intended for domestic use only. We cannot honour guarantees for electrical items that are used in a commercial environment.
Items returned with a receipt are returned in the manner paid.
